Ewa Talents Management was founded by Ewa Ades in 2017.

After studying architecture Ewa moved from Rome to Milan to pursue a career in modelling, but she experienced scouting and met her purpose.

Since 2017 Ewa is the principal of Ewa Talents Management, she is not only a scout but also a mentor and a mother agent ready
to discover you and help you get your start as a model.
